We are in need of an employee for a work team in Ed. The position starts in mid-February. Shifts vary between day, evening, night with on-call duty, and every other weekend.
You will be working with a young woman who lives centrally in her own apartment. You will be part of a larger work team where double staffing occurs.
Tasks may include assisting with meals, providing support, taking initiative, managing hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as taking care of the home, to enabling the assistance user to engage in leisure interests or socialize with friends.
The work team meets once a month, and you are expected to participate.
We expect you to be able to work both independently and in a group.
You are expected to administer medication and therefore take a delegation course.
Previous experience in care is an advantage.
You have a driver's license and are expected to commute to and from work independently.
You can work varied hours.
You are flexible and want to help other people.
You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
You are over 18 years old.
