About the job

We are now looking for service-driven staff for exciting assignments and events AND SERVICE! At Carotte Staff, we work with some of Gothenburg's most exciting players in the hospitality industry. With us, the workplaces vary between grand corporate parties, catering, restaurants, and various events. The work is diverse with the opportunity to work in places that suit your needs and preferences. You will work independently as well as in a team with other wonderful consultants who are passionate about service.

The scope is extra as needed. Therefore, we require that you have another main occupation (studies, other work, etc.)

Examples of assignments

• Banquet dinners: Galas, corporate dinners & events
• Exhibitions: Exhibitions, launches & events
• Catering: Networking events, private dinners & parties
• Restaurant: Serving, runner, à la carte & bar
• Live events: We are looking forward to an exciting spring with fun events!

We are looking for someone who

• Has an interest in delivering high-quality service
• Is social, outgoing, and has an easy time connecting with people
• Has a positive attitude, is humble, flexible, and unpretentious
• Enjoys working in a team and constantly developing
• Has another main occupation of at least 50% (studies, other work, etc.)
• Experience in service and/or à la carte is an advantage

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free training program. In the introductory training, you as a newcomer to the industry will receive the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work with service at Carotte Staff.
