About the role

As a receptionist at Waterfront Cabins, you are the face of the business and a central part of our team. With your personal touch and service spirit, you help our guests feel welcome and cared for from the first contact to departure.

You will:

• Manage bookings and provide support through our booking system.
• Coordinate and report any maintenance issues.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with ease and charm.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
• Prepare studios and provide guests with bedding and other amenities.
• Handle invoicing and administrative tasks.

About you

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service who enjoys a role with a lot of guest contact. You are structured, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you appreciate working in a changing environment where no day is the same.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or travel industry.
• The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A problem-solving attitude and a strong attention to detail.

About the employment

The position is part-time at 80%. Location at Kvillepiren 12 in Gothenburg.

Working hours will be during the day, weekends, and evenings.

Immediate start.
