ABOUT THE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR

We are looking for someone who truly wants to make an impact in an exciting role! You will be responsible for a group of both installers and service technicians, where delivery, customer satisfaction, and results are the focus. Our services include repairs, maintenance, preventive upkeep, inventory management, and installations.

To succeed in your role, you will have support through a good system structure regarding planning, follow-up, and execution. You will also work closely with competent service coordinators for the distribution and management of ongoing administration in daily operations.

• The position is divided approximately 60% in the field and 40% administrative
• Daily leadership of staff to ensure we meet good delivery standards
• Actively participate in daily operations
• Ongoing customer contact to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Invoicing and financial follow-up based on set goals
• Location: Gothenburg
