The Property Department at Siemens Energy in Finspång is an engaged and professional team within property and property-related services. The team is versatile and consists of managers, project leaders, technicians, and property service staff who work together to create and maintain an optimal facility for Siemens customers in the energy sector. Responsibilities

• The position involves leading smaller maintenance projects, property management, and overseeing daily operations.
• You will drive weekly meetings, including following up on work orders, and you will have contact with suppliers, place orders, and handle fault reports.
• You will be part of a team where collaboration, responsibility, and development are at the center.
• Your focus is on long-term sustainability, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications

• We see that you have several years of experience as an operations technician or equivalent in property companies.
• You have a post-secondary education in control and regulation/operations technician or a similar field.
• You have a strong interest in an operations coordination role, deep knowledge of the industry, and an understanding of fire systems.
• We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, has a strong interest in management work, and can see the big picture.
• You should have good experience working with the Office suite and have good system familiarity.
• Communicative and express yourself well in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
