We work with high-quality roofing and roofing services throughout the Stockholm region. For us, quality, pride in craftsmanship, and team spirit are important cornerstones. Today, we have 30 employees and collaborate with approximately 40 subcontractors. Our operations are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. We are now looking for a new colleague to our HR department – someone who wants to help build the future's results-oriented team with the right skills and good communication at its core. What does the role entail? As a Recruitment Assistant – Subcontractors & Personnel, you will be an important part of our HR team. Your main task will be to recruit and quality assure our subcontractors – but you will also support the recruitment of our employees. This is an operational and relationship-driven role where you will take responsibility for several parts of the recruitment process – from the first contact to onboarding. Examples of tasks:

• Recruit productive and skilled subcontractors for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure that our partners meet our quality standards
• Properly handle contract writing and documentation
• Support in the recruitment of employees (selection, interviews, reference checks)
• Provide administrative support to the HR manager

You will have a lot of contact both internally and externally, so it is important that you are socially confident, professional, and used to driving set goals forward. Who are you?
