We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with people and provide support where it is truly needed. As a nursing assistant with us, you are an invaluable resource in our customers' daily lives; you are not just there to help, but to create security, participation, and quality of life.

You will work to provide customers with the assistance they are entitled to according to support decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks include:

• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – assistance with preparation, serving, and feeding when needed.
• Supervision and companionship – creating security and contributing to the customer's social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support with changing clothes.
• Home support – for example, laundry and other daily chores.
• Medication delegation – administering medication according to prescription and delegation.
• Emergency alarms – quickly responding to urgent needs from customers who have triggered an alarm. We work on behalf of Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field. (Requirement)
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both verbally and in writing and can document professionally. (Requirement)
• B driver's license – you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating traffic. (Meritorious)
• Can cycle – you are a safe and experienced cyclist. (Requirement)
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same as the other.
• Thorough and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally savvy – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.
• Housing support - it is meritorious if you have previous work experience as a housing supporter.

Working hours: Monday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment with immediate start. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30 or 15:30 – 22:00. Workplace: You will start from our office in Oxelösund, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
