We are currently looking for you to complete our team.
Your Responsibilities
At the Midwifery Clinic, you will work independently in a varied and stimulating environment in close collaboration with colleagues such as midwives, nurse assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and secretaries. Your role at the Midwifery Clinic includes, among other things, telephone counseling, cell sampling, leading parent groups, routine midwife visits during pregnancy, and contraceptive counseling.
We use activity boards to continuously improve and work towards our goals: Safe patients, a smooth journey through healthcare, and efficient use of resources. In our work group, we have a warm and inclusive climate where a helping hand is never far away. We compile weekly newsletters every week so that everyone can stay informed about what is happening and receive the same information simultaneously. We hold structured clinic meetings every week and APT (Action Plan Team) once a month to increase participation. In the autumn, we will launch parent support groups with entirely new material, which we all look forward to. We share our knowledge and experiences and are very curious about others'.
