About the role

Are you a star in digital marketing ready to help our clients grow online? We are looking for a curious and engaged SoMe/SEM Specialist who wants to take customer responsibility and build long-term relationships.

You will:

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on social media (Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms) and in Google Ads to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
• Work with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Be responsible for customer contacts, act as a strategic advisor, and help clients achieve their business goals through smart SoMe and SEM initiatives.
• Perform ongoing analysis and reporting of results, as well as present recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Proactively plan campaigns and content to ensure high quality, relevance, and effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with social media at both operational and strategic levels, and is used to setting up and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or equivalent.
• Has good knowledge of SEM, especially Google Ads, and knows how to maximize ROAS.
• Loves to analyze data and work data-driven to improve campaign results and customer experiences.
• Is used to direct customer contact and thrives in a role where you build long-term relationships.
• Has a strong interest in marketing automation tools. Hubspot is a plus.
• Has a relevant education and background.
