Do you want to be part of building something real – creating new business, finding the right customers, and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships? We are now looking for an experienced salesperson who wants to become an important part of our small but strong team in Örebro and help expand our offering in the market.

As a salesperson with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a unique profile in staffing and recruitment, personnel with a sports background, where your work truly makes a difference for both companies and individuals. Here, you get to combine the warmth of working with good and existing relationships with the excitement of making initial contacts with completely new companies. You will use your drive, experience, and personal style to stand out in cold calls, build trust, and create lasting relationships.
You will have significant responsibility, with both new business and existing customers to develop, and together with recruiters and the consulting manager, ensure that each customer receives a solution that exceeds expectations. This is a role where you can help build and expand PerformIQ in Örebro, where every call and meeting can be the start of a long-term and successful customer relationship.
You will:
- Prospect, call, and book meetings
- Have your own customers to develop and take responsibility for
- Build relationships and create trust with both new and existing customers
- Identify needs and together with recruiters/consulting manager create solutions and collaborations
- Write contracts and follow the business from the first contact to long-term cooperation
The main focus is on new customer acquisition, but you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for existing customers and further develop relationships with them.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, experienced, and self-driven, but who enjoys working in a small team with people who genuinely care about customers.
You are accustomed to sales and customer contact, enjoy driving business from start to finish. You feel comfortable owning the entire sales process, from the first call to contract signing and follow-up.
We believe that you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or service sales
- Are used to booking meetings and conducting sales meetings
- Thrive with freedom under responsibility and enjoy working towards clear goals
- Are a team player who also dares to drive and take your own initiatives
- Are hungry for results but enjoy working in a close team where we support each other
