We are opening a new store!

Naturkompaniet is opening a store at Nordiska Kompaniet, floor 3 in Stockholm. The opening is planned for early spring 2026 and will cover an area of 750 square meters divided into two departments, a multibrand department with Naturkompaniet's extensive range and a large Fjällräven department.

About the store

With the establishment at Nordiska Kompaniet, we are creating a completely new shopping experience while still maintaining our core DNA. The store will have an inspiring and genuine feel, with a lot of craftsmanship and details. Naturkompaniet aims to enhance its brand values of quality, nature, selected assortment, and premium feel through this new shopping experience. As always, Naturkompaniet wants to share knowledge and expertise with its customers through its passion for outdoor life, something that is reinforced by the store environment at this new destination.

Our goal is to be the best in town. Therefore, we are now looking for a driven and inspiring store manager for our brand new store at Nordiska Kompaniet in Stockholm. You will be responsible for building the store from the ground up, which includes sales, costs, results, administration, and team management. You are a crucial piece of the puzzle for our company's success, and we place great trust in you, which is why it is important that you perform your work with great accuracy and on time. As a store manager, you lead on the floor and are a role model for your colleagues. You focus on driving your employees towards engagement and development. In the store, you work as a team towards common goals, but you also have a large team of store manager colleagues around Sweden, and together you share thoughts, ideas, and success recipes.

To succeed in the role of store manager with us, you need to have:

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience working in a leadership position with personnel responsibility, likely in a retail environment.
• You can communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other languages that can facilitate communication with our customers are highly valuable to us.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date in February 2026 or by agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Naturkompaniet is affiliated with a collective agreement, which ensures secure working conditions and benefits for our employees.
