JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a cheerful team that has a lot of fun together. We are constantly working to improve our operations and are now looking for you who want to become part of our group and contribute with your joy of work and forward-thinking attitude.

Anna Trolle's home care provides home care in Old Norr in Växjö. We always travel by bike between our care recipients and support them in their homes. This provides great opportunities for wonderful meetings with those we help. The tasks are varied and involve supporting our care recipients with personal care, service efforts, and home healthcare. You can look forward to pleasant walks in the spring sun together with our care recipients, as this is one of the services we provide.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a certified nursing assistant education. Experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement. To be considered for a position with us, you must be able to ride a bike. You should be able to handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing. IT/computer skills are desirable.

You are confident in your professional role as you will be working independently with care recipients. You are flexible in your working style, stress-resistant, proactive, communicative, and have a good approach. You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and are not afraid of new challenges.
