JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for engaged and driven care assistants for our new special accommodation Haraberget. Are you the one we are looking for?

Haraberget is a place that invites meetings between different generations, as it houses activity accommodation for those aged 65+ and a preschool with 8 departments, in addition to the 60 places in special accommodation. The building features common areas, a restaurant, and a fully equipped guest apartment that can be rented by visitors. The restaurant in the center of the building will prepare and serve food for the preschool and special accommodation, and will also be open to residents of the sheltered housing and municipal employees.
In the special accommodation, residents live in groups of 10, and each unit/department has common areas such as a living room, balcony, and dining areas that promote comfort, a sense of home, and social interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have an interest, willingness, and ability to support and help others. You have a good attitude towards everyone you meet and a positive approach to your work. You are driven and capable of working towards set goals. You are prepared for the changing needs of the organization and can meet changes with a good attitude. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness, which also applies in stressful situations where you maintain your calm. You work well with others, interacting with them in a responsive and smooth manner. You are calm and responsible. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and contribute to a healthy work environment. You also need to be flexible as we work based on resource shifts, which means we may lend staff to other floors in the accommodation as needed.
You need to have a salutogenic approach and holistic thinking.
Our mission involves handling data and phone as part of the work material. You need to be open to learning the systems we use in the assignment, as documentation and digital signing are included. We work with flexible schedules that you plan largely yourself.
You need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both in writing and speaking.
We place great importance on your personal qualities so that you as a person fit in and contribute to the group and environment you will be working in.
