Do you want to become an important resource in Merit's team for Rusta and matcha? You will be responsible for matching participants with jobs and studies - the participants' results are your results.
We are looking for someone who
- has experience matching skills with employers in Kristianstad and surrounding areas
- is quick and has experience working towards results
- has experience working with the Swedish Public Employment Service's assignment Rusta and matcha or Support and matching
- can find creative pathways to employment for individuals who are far from the labor market, often facing various obstacles
- has experience in warehouse and industrial work
- has an up-to-date employer network
- is familiar with the documentation of the Swedish Public Employment Service
- speaks Arabic
