Description

We are now looking for substitute personal assistants for several of our assignments within the municipality.

Our clients have different needs for support and assistance - from practical help at home to social support and motivation in everyday life.

The job with us is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting people. You make a big difference for others while also using and developing important skills such as creativity, teamwork, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you have the important role of facilitating and providing support to people in their daily lives. You will, among other things:

• Provide support and assistance to clients according to our clear work routines.
• Come up with and implement activities with clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Document your work to ensure the quality of our operations.

To ensure a good start and make you feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training. We tailor the introduction based on your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed in our central staffing unit.

Our personal assistance operations run around the clock, every day of the week, so there is an opportunity to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, you need to have a strong interest in working with people. You are skilled at meeting individuals with respect and good service. Additionally, you are attentive to others' needs and wishes. In the role of personal assistant, you need to be comfortable working alone. Your sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills are highly valued. We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Wants to collaborate and help other people.
• Speaks and writes Swedish at least at a basic level.
• Has experience working in care and support, preferably in personal assistance.

We place great importance on personal suitability, as qualities such as good teamwork skills, attentive responses, and the ability to create security in meetings with others are central to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Is educated or is in training in a healthcare profession such as a doctor, nurse, or nursing assistant.
• Has previously worked in any of our operations or as a personal assistant.
• A driver's license is preferred and may be required in some of our operations.
• Has previously worked with tube feeding.
• Has or has previously held medication delegation.
