Bilmånsson is a dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Hyundai, and Polestar. We currently have about 350 employees and are located in Eslöv, Hörby, Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Sjöbo, Ystad, Simrishamn, Klippan, and Lund.

Your mission

As a Customer Center Employee, you have a central role at Bilmånsson, and we are currently located in Ängelholm, Eslöv, Kristianstad, and Ystad. We support all facilities and work closely with both car sales and the service market. The days involve varied tasks, and you will be part of a multifunctional team that works dynamically across municipal borders. In these roles, digital communication and phone interactions will be a central part of your workday.

In the role of Customer Center Employee, you play a very important part in this mission, as you are involved in various ways throughout the customer journey. It is a varied and fun job for those who are outgoing and customer-oriented and who are passionate about sales, good service, and satisfied customers!

Job Description

• Be Bilmånsson's primary ambassador both physically and digitally and contribute to proactive customer service
• Receiving and handing over cars, requiring a B driver's license
• Booking damage inspections and providing basic advice on damage cases
• Assisting customers with connected services
• Administering and renting cars through Hertz
• Digital availability (phone, chat, and email)
• Sales, advice, and maintenance of service and wash subscriptions
• Tire sales and appointment booking
• Sales of store inventory and basic spare parts
• Events and various administrative tasks

Employment form, scope, and location

We offer temporary employment on a full-time and part-time basis with the workplace in Eslöv.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, rolling working hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, and one Saturday every four weeks. Evening work (from home) about 2 times a month.
