Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced project administrator for our client in the defense industry in Linköping! As a project administrator, you will support their team leaders and project managers in the daily operations of projects that develop the technology of the future. You will be an important part of a dynamic workflow where structure, planning, and clear communication are crucial. The role involves close collaboration with several teams and project managers, where you help ensure that the various parts of the project run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting team leaders in maintaining and developing a strong team spirit.
• Planning and coordinating reviews and meetings.
• Structuring and leading meetings for clear results and follow-up.
• Streamlining workflows and processes.
• Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and by the right responsible person.
• Communicating clearly and proactively with teams and management.
• Being a reliable cog in the planning and structuring of projects.

As a project administrator with our client, you will be a key player in their innovative team within advanced projects, where each day presents exciting challenges and opportunities for development.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good system knowledge.
