Project Manager in OT/IT Security – Linköping

Do you want to lead a security-critical project at the intersection of OT and IT? We are now looking for an experienced project manager with a background in industrial environments and cybersecurity, who wants to contribute to a safer and more robust network for our client's operations in Linköping.

About the role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving a security project focused on OT/IoT security and IT/OT integration. You will work closely with technical specialists, security architects, and business representatives to define requirements, processes, and policies that enhance security and stability in the operational environment.

You will act as the bridge between business and technology – tasked with creating structure, clarity, and progress in a complex, cross-functional project.

Your mission

Develop a security policy for OT systems, including a process for approving systems connected to the IT network

Define central services and flows that enable secure OTIT communication

Collaborate with a team of specialists in OT networks, infrastructure, and security tools

Identify risks, propose measures, and follow up on security-related activities

Contribute to the standardization and documentation of security processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

3–7 years of experience in project management within technology, industry, or IT

Documented experience in OT/IoT security

The ability to define requirements and business needs (Business Analyst experience)

Good understanding of IT/OT policies and security standards

Experience working in cross-functional technical teams

Preferred:

Knowledge of ICS/SCADA environments

Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM

Experience with IEC 62443, NIST, or similar frameworks
