NRG Agency is now seeking a sales-oriented Visual Merchandiser on behalf of our client for one of their flagship stores in Stockholm city. The position is part-time at 75%. About the Role

We are looking for someone with an eye for color, form, and overall presentation – who understands how visual merchandising impacts the customer experience and sales. You are structured, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can combine creativity with practical tasks in a retail environment.

You enjoy collaborating, take initiative, and contribute energy to the team. Together, we create a store where customers feel inspired, comfortable, and want to return.

Your Responsibilities

· Responsible for product presentation according to visual guidelines and campaigns
· Ensure that the store is always inspiring, clean, and inviting
· Work on replenishment and structure to maximize availability and sales
· Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve the best possible customer experience
· Be a positive force in the team – contribute ideas, energy, and commitment. Also, be able to join the sales team during certain hours and days.

Scope: The position is primarily scheduled on weekdays but may also include weekends occasionally.
Salary: according to trade + responsibility allowance.
The position is permanent (6-month probation).
