Job responsibilities

In the role of Finnish-speaking account manager at Klipboard, you will primarily work on developing and nurturing the company's existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for both planning and executing customer visits – both physically at various tire workshops and digitally via phone and Teams – where you present and demonstrate Klipboard's services. The goal is to drive sales while building long-term and strong relationships with customers.

As a Finnish-speaking account manager, you will have full commercial responsibility for your customer accounts and work both internally and externally to maximize results and ensure that Klipboard's solutions always meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for ongoing reporting of sales and forecasts via the CRM system as well as at monthly sales meetings. The position is office-based at Klipboard's office in central Malmö, with elements of travel and participation in trade fairs.

  • Responsible for the sales process – prospecting, new customer acquisition, and sales to existing customers
  • Find customer-specific solutions and demonstrate the company's services

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience working with B2B sales in software/SaaS or Automotive
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working in an international company is an advantage
  • Driver's license (B)
