We are looking for a senior accountant for a full-time assignment until the end of February 2026, with the possibility of extension. The assignment is aimed at an experienced accountant with in-depth knowledge of year-end closing work for the real estate industry and solid experience in accounting according to the K3 regulations. The role involves strengthening the finance department for a limited period, particularly in connection with year-end closing and preparation of the annual report. The requested person needs to quickly familiarize themselves with existing routines, systems, and accounting principles and deliver with high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Independent responsibility for year-end closing according to K3 and ÅRL.
• Preparation of the annual report, including notes and accompanying documentation.
• Preparation and review of income tax returns and tax calculations.
• Ensure correct accounting and prepare audit documentation.
• Management of property VAT, voluntary tax liability, and deductibility.
• Collaboration with auditors and support to the CFO.

Organization

The consultant reports to the CFO. The department consists of about 10 people.

Mandatory requirements

• Degree in economics or equivalent post-secondary education.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in qualified accounting work.
• Documented experience with K3, year-end closing, and annual reports.
• Good knowledge of taxation and declarations for legal entities.
• Solid experience from the real estate industry.
• Independent, structured, and meticulous with high delivery reliability.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with auditors.

Desirable experience

• Knowledge of systems such as Fenix, Vitec, and Capego or similar in finance, real estate, and annual reports.
• Experience with group accounting.

Competence must be supported by at least two reference assignments that include:

• The name, type, scope, and value of the assignment.
• Name of the executing consultant(s).
• Description of planning, execution, results, and follow-up.
• Start and end dates.
