Capio Vårdcentral Ösmo is a pleasant healthcare center with approximately 7,300 registered patients. We offer both outpatient services and home care with dedicated colleagues and an accessible leadership. Working as a specialist in general medicine with us involves the investigation and treatment of patients in the clinic and in our home care. Patient work takes place in interdisciplinary teams where we collaborate based on the patient's needs. The working method is well established, and the collaboration between professions works very well. You will work in a varied clinic with planned, urgent, and referral visits where all patients are triaged by a nurse via phone or chat. Here, you have the opportunity to influence your working methods and contribute to the development of the organization together with the manager and colleagues.

There is also the possibility of taking on a medical leadership responsibility (MAL) of 20%. This role involves participating in the management team, handling overarching medical issues, and being part of Capio's network of MAL doctors. Previous experience is not required; you will receive good support in the role.

You are a Specialist Doctor in General Medicine with experience from primary care. You are confident in your professional role, engaged in daily work, and eager to contribute to improvement and development. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and accustomed to using digital tools. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
