The products offer customers a broad solution ranging from seeing what has been loaded on the worksite to integrations with business systems and other customer-specific functions. Lundaman's products are developed and produced in Sweden, both hardware and software.

Job responsibilities

As a salesperson at Lundaman Instrument, you will have a varied and independent role where you both develop existing customer relationships and actively work on acquiring new customers. With your product knowledge and understanding of customer needs, you present innovative solutions that create real value.

You own the entire sales process – from prospecting and contacting new customers and resellers to signing agreements and closing deals. You enjoy being out in the field and see business as something best done together with the customer. To optimize your time, you plan smart customer visits on your way between meetings while ensuring that each customer feels satisfied and well taken care of.

You will be part of a sales team spread across the country, where each salesperson is responsible for their own region. The role means you will work from your home location with the freedom to plan and manage your own day. Although the responsibility for creating a good and effective workweek lies with you, support and knowledge exchange are available from both sales colleagues and the sales manager.

  • Customer visits and processing of new and existing customers for long-term relationships
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with a focus on trust and service
  • Identifying customer needs and new business opportunities
  • Sales and technical consulting regarding hardware and software
  • Documenting meetings and deals for clear follow-up and quality

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Work experience in sales
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B
  • Experience in proactive sales is an advantage
  • Technical interest is an advantage
