About the position

As a Danish-speaking customer service representative, you will be a key person in creating positive customer experiences and building long-term relationships. You will receive incoming calls to assist customers while actively working on upselling by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. 

 

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet customer needs with professionalism and engagement

  • Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management

  • Engage in sales by offering relevant products and services

  • Build long-term customer relationships by providing engaged and high-quality service

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Previous experience in service and sales is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools you need to succeed!

 

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Fluent in Danish in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Good computer skills 

  • Approved high school education

 Employment type and start date

  • Start: By agreement

  • Employment type: Initially, we offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

  • Working hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-18:00 Saturdays
