Your new role

We are now looking for a Change and Communication Specialist to join our client's dynamic Change and Communication team. The team is responsible for both their global ERP project and other cross-functional initiatives. The role combines organizational change management (OCM), internal and external communication, training, and people development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support project teams in implementing change activities according to central methodology.
  • Participate in planning strategic skills development, transition, and knowledge transfer within the project.
  • Collaborate with central functions to build effective processes and increase employee engagement.
  • Follow up and evaluate change efforts and maturity at various levels within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Documented experience in larger transformation projects, preferably ERP implementation.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders, HR, and technical experts.
  • Experience in change management, people development, and project management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Preferred: Experience in communication and content creation.
  • Preferred: Experience in training and skills development.

Employment scope: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office in Lund, remaining days remote.
