At Randstad, we are now looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager for an innovative technology company in southwestern Skåne. This is an opportunity to take full responsibility for the product's success, from setting the long-term strategic direction to operationally steering the development teams' work. You will be the key link between technology, market, and customer. Your ability to translate complex market needs into user-friendly, reliable, and scalable products will be crucial.

As a Product Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the product's success, which includes its business value, technical direction, and user benefits. This requires you to strategically design long-term product visions in line with the company's goals and operationally lead the development teams' work through clear priorities and specifications. Since we operate in an industry related to HVAC and cooling, your technical expertise is essential: you will act as the central link between technology, market, and customer, using your understanding of sensor-based measurement and integration in customer systems (BMS/PLC) to ensure our solutions are scalable and reliable.

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to launch and improvement.

·        Formulates product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis and identification of new business opportunities.

·        Gathers customer needs through interviews and collaboration with the sales team to document use cases and technical requirements.

·        Leads development work by prioritizing the backlog and creating clear user stories and specifications.

·        Ensures product quality through active participation in testing, verification, and validation of new features.

·        Leads product launches and is responsible for all related product materials and training documentation.

·        Supports sales and support teams with necessary technical information and usage understanding.

·        Drives continuous product improvement based on KPI tracking and stays updated on relevant technical standards and regulations.

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have:

·        At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar strategic role within the technology or industrial sector.

·        Experience or deep understanding of industries such as HVAC, industrial automation, or cooling is highly desirable.

·        Ability to understand and pedagogically explain technically complex solutions and system integrations.

·        Leadership without personnel responsibility: Experience successfully leading and driving cross-functional teams and projects forward.

·        You are structured, data-driven, and effectively manage multiple parallel projects. Experience validating hypotheses and decisions using KPIs and customer insights is an advantage.

·        Language skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
