Operations Manager – Impressive Relations

Are you a driven leader with a holistic view – someone who understands the core of sales and can build structure, culture, and results throughout the organization? Then this could be your next role. As Operations Manager at Impressive Relations, you will have overall responsibility for our entire operation – from sales and appointment booking to operations and internal processes. You will lead, develop, and ensure that all parts of the organization work towards common goals with quality, efficiency, and results in focus.

Your main responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operational management of the business. Lead, coach, and develop our operations in appointment booking and direct sales.  Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and drive development initiatives. Contribute to a strong corporate culture characterized by energy, collaboration, and accountability.
