We are now looking for a lighting sales representative who wants to take the Stockholm region and the company to the next level and help build on our success.

About the Role

As a lighting sales representative at Ecolux, you will have a central role with significant responsibility for developing the business in the region. You will both build new customer relationships and deepen existing collaborations, focusing on qualified technical sales to electrical consultants, installers, lighting designers, and wholesalers.

You will be part of an experienced sales team where energy, joy, and collaboration are at the center. The work encompasses Ecolux's broad product portfolio – from innovative indoor solutions to advanced outdoor lighting – and you will have great freedom to take your own initiatives. At the same time, you will have the support of a strong sales support team and a well-developed CRM system (Lime) that provides structure and clarity in your work.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and build long-term business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Engage with electrical consultants, installers, lighting designers, and wholesalers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
  • Work broadly with the entire product portfolio.
  • Plan, follow up, and document sales work in CRM.
  • Participate in training, customer events, and trade shows.

Experience

We are looking for someone with solid experience in technical B2B sales who is driven to create new business opportunities. A well-developed network in the industry, experience in project sales, and the ability to deeply understand customer needs are essential. As a person, you are self-driven, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are curious and energetic, but also a team player who contributes to a positive culture. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Documented experience in successful technical B2B sales, preferably within lighting, electrical, or construction.
  • Good knowledge of industry structures, processes, and players, along with a large network of relevant contacts.
  • Experience working with and understanding the needs of electrical consultants, installers, lighting designers, and wholesalers.
  • Experience in project sales.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and a structured work style.
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required.
