About the role In this role, you will work as a consultant with exciting assignments for both private companies and public organizations. You will be responsible for driving various types of projects that have a clear business benefit and ensuring that the solutions implemented are actually used and create value.

You will, for example,:

• Plan, lead, and follow up projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with managers and employees at different levels within client organizations.
• Drive projects that contribute to efficiency and customer benefit.

Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new field.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated IT project manager in the public sector over the last 10 years.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience leading change initiatives according to the SAFe framework.
• Relevant education from a vocational school, university, or college.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in the implementation and migration of IT systems.
• Experience leading feasibility studies, for example in requirements specification and investigation.
• Experience in business development in connection with IT projects.
• Experience in IT security.

You are also attentive and communicative, good at listening to different perspectives and creating clarity in dialogues, which promotes cooperation among stakeholders. You have a unique ability to get people from different functions and levels in the organization to work towards common goals.
