The assistance user is a charming and happy girl who enjoys long walks, music, and that you share yourself. During certain activities such as outings, shopping, and restaurant visits, there are always two of you, as she requires double assistance. You will receive individually tailored introduction in all aspects of the customer's needs and routines, and training regardless of previous experience. She is soon 20 years old and lives at home with her family. She is on the autism spectrum and has epilepsy.

In this position, you will need to help her and support her in all everyday contexts. The job involves being active and creative with her, and we are looking for someone who can be the driving force in her daily life. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven but also able to share yourself. The role includes helping her with meals, personal hygiene, communication, activities, etc.

If you have experience working as a personal assistant, with autism, epilepsy, low-arousal responses, and/or AAC, it is a merit but not decisive. What is important is that you have the right qualities for the profession and that you can be both empathetic, organized, able to plan and take initiative, while also having a great sense of humor and warmth. You have a great respect for everyone's right to live their life, and you see that your work makes this possible.

Meritorious experiences

• Experience with low-arousal responses

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

About salary

The position is approximately 75 percent, but there is also a chance for more or less. We also have a rolling schedule. You will work approximately every other weekend. Each shift is between 8 and 10 hours. The position is available immediately, so you are warmly welcome to apply!
