Your Role

As a service advisor, you are responsible for receiving our customers, booking and planning workshop jobs, and ensuring efficient case management. You work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues, ensuring that the customer's needs are met in the best possible way.

Your tasks include:

• Handling warranty cases and contact with the general agent

• Booking and planning of service and repairs

• Claims handling with insurance companies

• Invoicing and checking incoming invoices

• Administration of service agreements and other administrative tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with documented experience as a service advisor or customer receiver in the automotive industry, with a particular focus on handling warranties and insurance cases.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and have good administrative skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine customer contact with administration and problem-solving.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with systems such as KOBRA and CABAS (meritorious)

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Automotive technical education (meritorious)

• The ability to plan, prioritize, and build good customer relationships

Requirements:

• Documented experience in warranty management

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Driving license C or D

• Additional experience from the automotive industry
