About the job: We are now looking for several individuals who want to work at a corporate event in Gothenburg on November 5th! The focus during the event will be to create a welcoming and smooth experience for participants and visitors. Perfect for those looking for a part-time job alongside their studies!

Your future tasks: As part of the event team, you will have varying tasks and play an important role in contributing to a professional and pleasant reception. You will, among other things:

• Welcome and check in guests
• Prepare materials for the event
• Assist with general inquiries
• Staff the cloakroom or similar stations
• Basic serving/cleanup

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying at a university/college or has another main occupation of at least 50%
• Enjoys providing good service and working with people

• Has previous experience as a host/hostess at events
• Has experience in service professions
