Your Job and Responsibilities

Our property service in Gothenburg is growing, and we are now looking for an Operations Technician to join our team. Here, you will be part of a group of dedicated and competent colleagues while enjoying a varied and developing job in a socially important business. As an operations technician at SBC, you play an important role in the well-being of our clients' properties.

In the role of Operations Technician, you will have overall responsibility for the technical systems of the properties. You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the operation of the properties' technical systems. Furthermore, you will also work on troubleshooting and carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as working on energy optimization and efficiency improvements. You will document work in our maintenance system and contribute to continuous improvements of routines and processes.

You enjoy working both independently and in teams and have a structured approach while also having a safety mindset in everything you do and care about quality in your work. In the role of operations technician, you will work with many internal and external contacts, so we believe that you who are applying are communicative and enjoy interacting with others. We also offer ongoing skills development. 

• Technical education at the high school or post-secondary level, e.g., operations technician, HVAC, electrical, automation, or similar.
• Experience in roles within technical operations, property management, energy, or water and wastewater.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with control and monitoring systems.
• You are social and good at building successful customer relationships.
• Driver's license B and good driving experience.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
