We are urgently looking for a personal assistant for our son, 8 years old. He is a cheerful, curious, and lively boy who loves to play, enjoys music, and likes to be around others. He lives with cerebral palsy and epilepsy and therefore needs support in his daily life.
 

About the position As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of our family with three children. You will assist him in his daily routines and activities, such as:

· Personal hygiene

· Meals (feeding)

· Dressing and undressing

· Leisure activities and play

· Stretching and simple exercise routines

You contribute to making his everyday life safe, meaningful, and filled with joy.

Working hours

· Full-time position

· Monday–Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM

· 1 day on the weekend or as agreed

We are looking for someone who is:

· Empathetic and understanding

· Humorous and playful – you enjoy laughing and creating joy

· Responsible and reliable

· Communicative and cooperative

· Physically fit (lifting may occur)

· Flexible and solution-oriented

Meritorious:

· Experience as a personal assistant or in care/support

· Experience working with children with disabilities, especially cerebral palsy and epilepsy

· Knowledge of alternative communication is a plus

Requirements:

· Driver's license (B)

· Swedish in speech and writing (English or German as a second language is an advantage)

· Clean criminal record extract
