I am a 20-year-old guy living in Vårgårda who needs to expand my assistance with a substitute who can step in and work as needed.

Being my personal assistant means assisting me with what I would do myself without my functional variation, in the way I wish. Are you the one who helps me with various daily tasks such as taking care of my personal hygiene, exercising, going on outings, cooking good food, and taking care of my home?

Your tasks will be to assist me in everyday life and at celebrations. You are curious about me, want to get to know me, and are interested in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). I need clear structure, preparations, and daily schedules with visual support.

You who are applying should be an organized and practical person who always sees possibilities when assisting. You should have good collaboration skills and be able to assist with double assistance. You must have a driver's license, be smoke-free, and be prepared to work uncomfortable hours.

Experience with children/youth with special needs is an advantage.

You will receive training and continuous professional development in how I want to be assisted, and the paid introduction (shadowing) is approximately 40 hours.

Employment form: For a limited time as long as the assignment lasts.

Working degree: 40% plus extra as needed.
