About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative in the booking department at Conventum, you will be a key person in creating professional and memorable events. You will work with everything from the first contact with the customer to the final booking, ensuring that each event is tailored to the customer's needs and wishes.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Deliver personal service and build long-term customer relationships
• Manage bookings and administrative tasks related to various events
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and well-planned solutions
• Contribute ideas to develop and improve services and processes

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales, customer service, and events, who enjoys combining administrative tasks with creative problem-solving. You are self-driven, structured, and have the ability to keep multiple balls in the air without losing focus on the details. 

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in sales
• Have worked with significant customer responsibility and advisory
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• Are used to working with the Office suite, CRM, and booking systems
