We are seeking a skilled Rack Install Technician to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and cabling server racks.

Key job responsibilities

• Server rack installation
• Testing and verification of installed equipment
• Following detailed technical documentation and installation procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and modifications
• Follow safety protocols and data center security procedures
• Collaborate with team members and other technical staff

Basic qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure
• Experience with cable installation and management
• Knowledge of server systems and power infrastructure
• Ability to work in various positions (working on ladders, etc)
• Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications

• Associate's degree in telecommunications or related field
• Experience with fiber optic installations
• Knowledge of network protocols and architectures
• Knowledge of power distribution units (PDUs)
