About Insclear

Insclear was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between Söderberg & Partners and Max Matthiessen. With our in-house developed simulator, we digitize and streamline complex administration in finance, pensions, and insurance. Our goal is to be a reliable and long-term partner in a rapidly changing industry – and we are on an exciting growth journey.

Today, we have about 50 employees, of which around 30 are in our product and development team. The culture is characterized by high competence, short decision-making paths, and a strong team spirit. About the role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be a key person in the development team. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product owners throughout the development cycle – from idea to release. The role primarily involves backend development in .NET and Azure, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to frontend (Angular/Typescript) if you want to broaden your skills.

Your focus will be to develop and maintain robust and scalable solutions, where quality and longevity are guiding principles.

Backend & architecture:

• .NET/C#

• Event Sourcing & CQRS

• Microsoft Azure (Service Bus, Functions, DevOps)

• SQL & NoSQL databases

• REST APIs

Frontend:

• TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, microfrontends

Other:

• Git, Azure DevOps

• Agile methodologies & requirements review

Your profile

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a developer in .NET and modern cloud-based solutions.

• Experience with event-driven architecture and complex systems.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Angular/Typescript.

• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD).

• Industry experience from finance/insurance.

• Competitive salary – for senior developers, the range is 65–70,000 SEK.
