Consultant with us
As a consultant with us, you have the security of a permanent position while also having the opportunity to develop quickly through varied and exciting assignments. Our assignments are long-term and typically last around two years, giving you a deep understanding of the client's operations. After that, you move on to your next assignment – and continue to develop within the framework of your permanent employment with us.

Test Engineer
As a test engineer in the embedded field, you work closely with software developers and play a central role in verifying and validating hardware and software solutions. You will plan, develop, and execute tests to ensure that our clients' products are robust, reliable, and meet high standards. Our clients are primarily in the automotive industry.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Development of test plans, test cases, and test environments for embedded systems
- Execution of manual and automated testing
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting of bugs and deviations
- Development of test scripts and test automation (e.g., in Python or CAPL)
- Collaboration with developers, systems engineers, and project managers to drive quality throughout the development process
- Documentation of test results and contribution to the improvement of testing methods and processes
Who are you?
We believe that you have:
- A degree in electronics, computer engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- Experience in testing embedded systems, both hardware and software
- Basic programming skills (preferably Python, C, or CAPL)
- Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Matlab/Simulink, dSpace, and GIT
- Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART)
- Good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English.
- Driver's license (B)
It is an advantage if you also have experience with:
- Test automation and CI/CD frameworks
- Requirements management and traceability (e.g., System Weaver, Polarion, Jira)
- Knowledge and experience of Autosar
- Functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- HIL and SIL
