We are looking for a caring and experienced nursing assistant with a warm heart and a genuine commitment to people. Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

As a nursing assistant in home care, you play a central role in our clients' lives. Your tasks vary according to each individual's needs, but may include:

  • Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.
  • Social support and conversation – providing security, companionship, and joy in daily life.
  • Practical tasks – such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Documentation – carefully document care interventions according to decisions and implementation plans.
  • Dementia care – creating security and using an adapted approach when interacting with individuals with cognitive impairment.
  • Support for self-care – motivating and empowering clients to do as much as possible on their own, while also supporting your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and experience to develop the team's working methods.

We value that you have knowledge of dementia diseases and health-promoting approaches, which you apply in your daily work and are willing to share with colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who shares our belief that care is done with the heart – and who also wants to contribute to structure and safety within the team. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

  • Nursing assistant education – you have a recognized qualification and preferably previous experience in home care.
  • Fluency in Swedish – you speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good ability to document according to current procedures.
  • B driver's license – you are a safe and experienced driver, which is required for our work with clients.
  • Empathetic and communicative skills – you treat both clients and colleagues with respect, attentiveness, and care.
  • Flexibility – you easily adapt to changes and new situations in daily work.
Working conditions and employment terms

Working hours: Monday – Friday (07:15-15:30) Employment rate: 90% Employment: permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. Location: you will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna municipality.
