About the role As a customer service representative at Airmee, you will support both our customers and drivers. You will answer questions, solve problems, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This may involve helping someone find their package, answering questions about delivery times, or guiding a driver in real-time.
You will work via phone, email, and chat, and have varied workdays in a team that enjoys supporting each other. In our support, no day is like the other, and a lot happens – making the job both fun and developing!
We are looking for you who:

- Have completed high school education - Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is a big plus if you have experience in customer service, an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION Client: Airmee Start: By agreement Extent: Part-time position 50% (can be increased if needed) Location: Central Stockholm Working hours: Evening hours, Monday to Friday, weekends may occur (support hours 08.00–23.00).
