We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, have professional experience from home healthcare, and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for the elderly together with your colleagues.

In home healthcare, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for your patients, but you are also often the first on-site in acute situations. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place at home. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You also gain unique insight into your patients' lives and care for the whole person.

About the recruitment process
