Bar Etzy is an Italian espresso bar inspired by Jewish delis in New York. Here, the warm atmosphere of a local café meets the pulse of a trendy bar, making it a natural meeting place – from morning espresso and lunch meetings to afternoon beers and evening cocktails.

Tacos, parties, and margaritas are at the center of Mucho Macho – Skanstorget's relaxed Tex-Mex restaurant that transforms into a lively margarita bar in the evenings.

About you

We are looking for a natural leader with broad experience and great ambitions. You have an eye for detail and ensure that routines and regulatory requirements are followed without exception. Your passion for cooking has over the years developed into an understanding of the importance of always delivering at the highest quality level.

As the head chef, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen, serving three restaurants. You plan and lead the daily work and ensure that your team develops through clear and coaching leadership. With the guest in focus, you quality assure processes, ensure ingredient management, and create a work environment where both well-being and collaboration are at the center.

You are also responsible for kitchen economics, including purchasing and waste control, and play a key role in balancing quality with profitability. In close collaboration with our Food & Beverage group, you drive the business forward and contribute to maintaining a high level in all areas.

We aim high, and we are looking for someone who shares our pursuit of quality, precision, and development.

Working hours are varied and include both day and evening shifts.
