Job Responsibilities

HSB Gothenburg's Energy & Operations group is growing, and we are now seeking reinforcement for our team, which currently consists of 8 employees, including both operations technicians and project managers.

Are you a driven, independent, and relationship-building person with a burning interest in sustainability and energy? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As an energy consultant, you will work with everything from early-stage consulting, feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents, procurement, and project management of both larger and smaller contracts within the energy sector. You will also work with energy monitoring, operational supervision, optimization, and follow-up of completed energy projects. The work also includes responsibility for HSB Gothenburg's existing energy agreements regarding delivery and compliance.

In your role, you will have ongoing contact with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering with a focus on energy, HVAC, and/or property technology, or equivalent work experience. We believe you have property technical competence through relevant work experience in the field and engagement in issues related to energy efficiency work in properties. It is an advantage if you have experience with heating, ventilation systems, and control technology.

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are confident in yourself and can establish trusting relationships. Our customers consist of laypeople, so you have the ability to create interest and highlight economic and technical connections in a pedagogical way. You work independently towards set goals and according to applicable agreements. Furthermore, we believe that you are thorough, analytical, and have a knack for organizing your work, and that you are a team player.
