We are looking for a driven and service-oriented IT Support Technician for our client in Täby. You will provide on-site support to users regarding general IT issues/Helpdesk and at various municipal operations. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. The assignment initially lasts until the end of the year, with good opportunities for extension or employment.

The client is one of Sweden's best-managed municipalities, offering great choice, high-quality welfare services, an attractive business climate, and a stable economy. The schools in the municipality achieve top results, the preschools provide a safe and stimulating environment, and satisfaction is high at the municipality's nursing homes. The location is attractive with proximity to both Stockholm and Arlanda, while access to forests, sea, and recreational areas offers opportunities for nature experiences and relaxation.

Contact with users occurs via phone (staffing the Service Desk) and ticket management systems, as well as staffing the support desk and assisting users physically at the client's office. Support/ticket management on-site at the municipality's various operations also occurs. The consultant will work on-site at the client's premises.

• At least 1 year of work experience in IT support (LIA/internship not included)
• A driving license (B) is required
