What does the role of Technical Support Engineer entail?

As a Technical Support Engineer, the tasks vary depending on the assignment and company, but common responsibilities may include:

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, or networks
• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Managing and following up on technical issues in support or CRM systems
• Documenting solutions and improving knowledge databases
• Collaborating with development, operations, or product teams to solve complex problems

Qualifications

We are currently looking for someone who has an interest in and/or knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

• Experience in technical support, IT support, or another technical role
• Knowledge or experience in electricity and electrical engineering
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoys helping others
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
