Specialist Dentist at Aleris Sleep Apnea Clinic

Do you want to work in a competence center for sleep apnea where dental care and medical treatment meet? Aleris Sleep Apnea Clinic is now looking for a specialist dentist for our unit for apnea splints.

At Aleris Sleep Apnea Clinic, we work with the investigation and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea – a diagnosis that affects many people's quality of life. We offer comprehensive responsibility for our patients, where both investigation and treatment with PAP therapy and individually designed apnea splints take place under the same roof.

Your role

As a specialist dentist with us, you will:

  • Assess and treat patients with apnea splints.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the development of the clinic's methods and workflows.
  • Be involved in both patient work and development projects.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed dentist with specialist training (e.g., prosthetics, dental physiology, or other relevant focus).
  • Has completed Basic Course in Dental Management for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Snoring Problems (SFSS).
  • Has good knowledge of respiration and sleep medicine as well as dental and medical aspects of snoring and sleep apnea.
  • Can identify and manage side effects of treatment with apnea splints.
  • Enjoys working in a team, has good collaboration skills, and a patient-focused approach.

Working hours: Daytime Employment type: Hourly employment, 1–2 days a week Extent: Part-time Start date: By agreement Salary: Individual salary setting
