Job Responsibilities

Your role – night nurse
You are responsible for:

• Nursing responsibility with a patient-centered focus
• Taking over where the evening shift ends
• Actively promoting patient participation
• Medication management and documentation in TakeCare
• Leading in collaboration with nursing assistants
• Creating safety and good sleep hygiene for patients

You work independently but closely with the day and evening staff to provide continuity in care.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has experience in psychiatric inpatient care and wants to develop care at the individual and group level
• Has a genuine interest in psychiatric care and wants to lead in a structured and safe manner with a high degree of responsibility
• Is easy to collaborate and build relationships and can contribute to a high quality of psychiatric care
• Is also confident in somatic care

Desirable

Specialist training in psychiatry. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Retention bonus (ATK) according to the region's agreement with the healthcare union. This means you receive 40 hours/year in a time bank that you can take out in salary, leave, or pension allocation.
• As a licensed nurse with specialist training in psychiatric care, you have the opportunity to take on extra assignments. Up to 20% of your working hours can be allocated to the assignment, and there is also a salary supplement of 2500 SEK/month.
