Job Responsibilities – Painting and Sanding Cars in the Repair Shop

In the role of Painter with us, you will work in a modern repair shop with the entire process from preparation to finished results. The focus of this position is sanding cars, but you will also work with painting and all related tasks in the pre-treatment process. Your daily work includes:

• Performing careful sanding work on passenger cars before painting
• Painting according to prescribed techniques and quality requirements
• Masking, priming, and other tasks in the painting process
• Contributing to high quality, safety, and a positive work environment with colleagues

Your Profile – Focus on Sanding, Painting, and Car Experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and is driven by quality. You have solid experience in sanding cars and preferably also in painting. Working in a structured manner and having good teamwork skills are important for thriving and succeeding in our workshop.

We believe you have:

• Experience in sanding cars in a professional environment
• Knowledge or interest in painting
• Good understanding of the damage and painting process
• Ability to collaborate in a team and provide good service
• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience levels. Having a B driver's license is an advantage.
