Location: Malmö/Lund (hybrid) Period: November 3, 2025 – April 30, 2026 Extent: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Recruitment – you start as a consultant through us and after the period ends, there is a possibility for takeover and permanent employment directly with the client.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare group accounting according to K3 for both legal and operational consolidation

• Contribute to the development and harmonization of accounting principles, routines, and processes

• Support subsidiaries in accounting and reporting issues

• Participate in monthly and annual closings

• Perform analyses and reconciliations

• Be responsible for the parent company's accounting

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or equivalent

• About 3 years of experience in group accounting, preferably in larger companies and international environments

• Preferably around 3 years of experience from an auditing firm (meritorious)

• Good understanding of consolidation tools, reporting systems, and is an experienced Excel user

• Experience in change management within the finance area (meritorious)

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• A digital mindset and curiosity for new tools and working methods

• Structured and independent working style combined with collaboration skills and a sense of teamwork

• Analytical ability and attention to detail

After introduction – your responsibilities

After a thorough introduction, you will be responsible for:

• Group accounting and consolidation

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Super user role in Cognos/Planning Analytics/TM1

• IFRS reporting (especially leasing)

• Preparation of annual reports, governing documents, accounting manuals, and internal control

• Audit, follow-up, and sustainability reporting (if needed)

• Ongoing internal and external reporting
